Three types of charts are available in Market Dynamics:  Median Pricing, Activity by Status, and Inventory.

Median Pricing Reports

These chart show the middle price point of properties that Sold and/or were For Sale.

 

 

Activity by Status

These charts present the unit volume for each month or quarter for the following categories of listings: 

Sold  (closed escrow)

Under Contract  (Pending or Contingent)

For Sale  (Active)

New  (Has a list date that falls within the month or quarter)

Expired (off market)

 

 

Inventory

These reports depict the supply & demand by month or quarter; the remaining inventory for each month (available for 1- and 2-year searches only), and the average number days it's taken to get a property Under Contract by month or quarter.
