Median Sold Price
This chart displays the middle price point of a group of properties that sold (i.e. closed escrow) during each month or quarter. 
 
Median For Sale Price vs. Median Sold Price
This chart shows the median price of properties that were for sale compared with the median price of properties that were sold (i.e. closed escrow) during each month or quarter.
 
Sold Properties
This chart shows the number of properties that sold (closed escrow) during each month or quarter.
 
Under Contract Properties
This chart shows the number of properties that went under contract during each month or quarter.
 
New Properties
This chart shows the number of properties that came into the market each month for the time period selected.
 
For Sale Properties
This chart shows the number of properties that were For Sale for at least one day during the month or quarter. 
 
Note that this is not the same figure used to calculate the Months Supply of Inventory.  That calculation looks at the properties that make up the inventory pool remaining at the end of the month, and therefore uses the number of properties that were For Sale on the last day of the month.
 
Expired Properties
This chart shows the number of properties that expired and came off the market during each month or quarter.
 
Supply & Demand
This chart shows the basic supply (For Sale properties) and demand (Sold properties) relationship that existed each month or quarter. 
 
The Average Days on Market  (Avg DOM)
This chart shows the average amount of time, in days, that it has taken to get a property Under Contract during the month or quarter.
 
Months Supply of Inventory (MSI)
This chart shows the time, in months, that it would take to sell the remaining inventory for the month or quarter.
