Message Header Fields

 
From:  This field will be populated with the email address saved in your account settings.  The system automatically sends you a copy of your message and the reports emailed.
 
To, CC, BCC:  Enter multiple email addresses separated by a comma.
 
Subject:  You may overwrite the default text.

Comments

 
Text entered here will appear in the body of the email message.  You may overwrite the default text with your own message.

Report List

Select the reports you wish to email.  The report options are based on the tool you are using.

File Format

Select email file format type: pdf or jpg.

File Type

Check the sections (chart, table, or both) of the report to include in the file to be emailed. 
These options are available only when the file format (#2 above) is set to jpg.  If pdf is selected, both the chart and the data sheet will be included.

Email or Cancel

6. Email or Cancel
Email sends the message with the report(s).
Cancel closes the dialog box without taking any action.
