Distribution of Price
This chart provides a global perspective of price and transaction activity across the entire spectrum of market prices for the property type and geography selected. The Target Price Range that you have selected is highlighted in dark green.
The table provides information regarding the basic functionality (BD, BA) and size (SQFT and Lot Size) attributes to facilitate meaningful comparisons between the Target Price Range and other market segments. The summary line tallies the most frequent occurrence of each attribute across the whole market to help determine how the Target Price Range (and hence the subject property) conform to this standard.

Market Size
This chart provides a comparison of (sold) transaction activity levels between contiguous time periods. It provides an immediate visual basis for determining whether activity has increased, decreased or stayed the same between time periods.
The look-up table provides the tabular data for the changes in activity between the two time periods for each price range increment.

|
Market Pricing
This chart provides a median price overlay (vertical line) for the two time periods involved. Their relative positions clearly indicate whether market prices have increased or decreased over time.
The look-up table provides the tabular data for the median price changes that have occurred between the two time periods.

Target Price Range
This chart provides a zoomed-in micro view of how properties in the Target Price Range are distributed relative to price, property attributes and time on market. This chart was designed to facilitate individual property comparisons relative to price point, days on market, and pricing history.
The table provides data that facilitate individual property comparisons relative to Original Price, Sold Price, Sold Date, # Price Changes, DOM, SP/OP, BD, BA, SQFT, $/SQFT, Lot Size, and Year Built.
The checkboxes allow you to control the listings that are shown on the chart and in the table.

Target Price Range - SP/OP Comparison
This chart expands on the basic Target Price Range concept to facilitate comparing the two pricing pathways that occur in the real estate sales process (list price reductions were necessary vs. no list price reductions were necessary) relative to average outcomes, i.e. which pathway is connected with the best results.
The look-up table provides data that facilitate individual property comparisons relative to Original Price, Sold Price, Sold Date, # Price Changes, DOM, SP/OP, BD, BA, SQFT, $/SQFT, Lot Size, and Year Built.
