• Existing single-family home sales decreased -7.1% from Mar-23 for a Apr-23 total of 808 sold units.
• Condos increased in price to $425,000 up 19.7% vs Mar-23.
• Existing condo sales increased 21.1% in Apr-23 over Mar-23 for a total of 138 sold units.
